The brewery's explainer says the drink is "simply made up of carbonated water, hops, and natural terpenes." De-oxygenated brewing water is pH adjusted with citric acid, Mosaic, Amarillo and Simcoe steep in the tank for several days and are then removed, and natural terpenes are added for grapefruit and pine character (Founders: hop water explainer).
