Research Notes
- First pass: The brewery site (home and beer pages) renders no readable content without scripts.
- First pass: Untappd lists 1,029 beers for 10 Barrel; only the first page loads and Silent G was not on it. The web search budget ran out before a name search could be made.
- First pass: No 2026 medal announcement from the brewery was found.
- First pass: Researched 2026-10-13.
- Second pass 2026-10-13: Beer-name searches produced no technical specifications. New School Beer reports that the San Diego attribution was corrected to Oregon, while the opened official winners page still lists San Diego, CA; the official location is retained pending a corresponding official correction.
- Field pass 2026-10-13: Additional brewery-domain and technical-field searches found no verified ABV, IBU, hop variety or brewery beer page for Silent G. The previously documented location issue was not revisited.
- Deep dive pass 2026-10-14: a web search found only coverage of the San Diego brewpub, not this beer.
