Research Notes
- The brewery site was reachable, but its tap page rendered no tap list and its tasting notes page lists other beers only; no beer page exists for Stay Calm.
- Untappd venue activity and web searches returned no description, ABV or IBU.
- The same beer took Silver in Coffee Beer (48 entries) at the 2026 World Beer Cup, per the official winners list.
- The Bird Rock coffee attribution comes from press, not the brewery.
- Researched 2026-10-13.
- Field pass 2026-10-13: The search index describes Stay Calm with 5.2% ABV and 20 IBU, but the opened taproom menu omits the beer. The indexed figures were not accepted; ABV and IBU remain null. No hop names or new brewery beer page were found.
- Deep dive pass 2026-10-14: the tap list does not list Stay Calm and a web search found no description or recipe.
- Brewery site scrape 2026-10-14: found nothing new; 5 pages tried (robots.txt obeyed, one request every few seconds per host).
- Second deep dive pass 2026-10-14 (web search of press and brewery coverage (no brewery social post, release note, sell sheet or menu surfaced)): found nothing new; 4 pages tried. Nothing new found. Search results only confirm the World Beer Cup silver for Stay Calm; no brewery text, specs or ingredients were returned. A search-index 5.2% ABV and 20 IBU seen by an earlier pass was not re-sourced.
